Servera vinet vid cirka 18\u00b0C till grillade r\u00e4tter av lamm- eller n\u00f6tk\u00f6tt.<\/p>\n<h4>Tillverkning<\/h4>\n<p>Druvorna avstj\u00e4lkades och musten fick sedan j\u00e4sa i rostfria st\u00e5ltankar. Efter avslutad j\u00e4sning tappades vinet \u00f6ver p\u00e5 fat f\u00f6r malolaktisk omvandling och lagring.<\/p>\n<h4>Lagring<\/h4>\n<p>85 procent av vinet har lagrats nio m\u00e5nader p\u00e5 ekfat varav 60 procent var franska och 40 procent amerikanska. 40 procent av faten var nya. Resterande 15 procent av vinet lagrades 13 m\u00e5nader p\u00e5 fat. Det var samma uppdelning mellan franska och amerikanska men bara 13 procent var nya och resterande fat var fyra \u00e5r eller \u00e4ldre.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.systembolaget.se\/produkt\/vin\/chateau-ste-michelle-256207\/\">H\u00e4r hittar du vinet i butik<\/a><\/p>\n<h4>Om producenten<\/h4>\n<p>Ste Michelle Wine Estates producerar och s\u00e4ljer kvalitetsviner i Kalifornien, framf\u00f6rallt i Washington States Columbia Valley, d\u00e4r ett antal vinerier ing\u00e5r i samma grupp; Chateau Ste Michelle, Columbia Crest, Snoqualmie med\u00a0flera.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6retagsgruppen bildades 1986 men n\u00e5gra av de vinerier som ing\u00e5r grundades redan 1934, direkt efter f\u00f6rbudstidens upph\u00f6rande. Ste Michelle Wine Estates har ocks\u00e5 internationella samarbetspartners.
